Senior Researchers

Huei-Ying Chen (Una) is from Changhua, Taiwan. She completed her Master's degree in International Business at STUST. Currently, She is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Her current research interests include creativity, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. She has published research paper at peer-reviewed journal, such as International Journal of Intercultural Relations (SSCI), Journal of Technology Management (TSSCI), along with numerous international conference papers. Her work receives Best Paper Award at the 2021 British Academy of Management Conference and the Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award from the Chinese Society for Management of Technology.

Yeshwant Raj.s is from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. He earns a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a double Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His research focuses on the Psychology of Employees, Technology and Innovative Management, Entrepreneurship Education, and Human Resources Practices. He is a professional badminton player and also plays Cricket, Baseball, and Softball for different clubs in Taiwan. He has published more than 11 research articles in peer-reviewed International Journals along with International conferences. He was working as an Assistant Professor for five years at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Chennai, Tamilnadu. His hobbies are cooking, playing outdoor games, and watching MLB.

Gary obtained his Executive MBA degree from National Sun Yat-Sen University in 2023. Currently, he is a student in the Doctor of Business Administration program (DBA) at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. His research centers around the factors that drive the social dynamics among group members in startup companies. Gary is a financial specialist and holds an executive position at a commercial bank in Taiwan. In his free time, he is a keen golf enthusiast.

I am Nidnoi, Kamonluck from Thailand. I have a Bachelor of Chemistry from Chulalongkorn University in 2015. I had 3+ years of experience in sales in the plastic packaging industry. I helped my team gain new customer segments as well as scale up the sales revenue. Currently, I am a Master's student at the IMBA, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. My research focuses on innovation that helps firms stay ahead of the competition. So, my research field relates to teamwork and employee innovativeness. I am an outgoing person and enjoy social settings. Hope we can meet and work together :)))

🎉🎉🎉Nidnoi's thesis, entitled "Joy is Strength: Understanding Curiosity, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, and Entrepreneurship", received Excellent Master Thesis Award at the 2023 TSC Dissertation Competition.

I am an IMBA graduate student at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Currently, I am working part-time in a sales executive position for a Taiwanese company. I am also an SDG researcher for Atelier Future NCKU. Moreover, I am a marketing student intern at the Institute for Information Industry International Division (TCA). I am passionate about marketing, digital marketing, and entrepreneurial management. I have an entrepreneurial mindset and am eager to learn and adapt to a variety of environments and situations. Yueh-Duo Chen (Dora) is from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. She earns the Bachelor of Applied Foreign Languages from the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology in 2016. Currently, she is a Master's student at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Based on her full-time job as a flight attendant in China Airlines, her research focuses on employee behavior and psychology in the aviation industry. If we need to use one sentence to describe her attitude toward her job: She loves her job.

Hellooo! I'm Tingting from Bangkok, Thailand. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kasetsart University in 2019. Currently, I'm studying Master's student at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. My research focuses on "Religious values and entrepreneurship." For my hobbies, I have a passion for painting and play with colors using my imagination and also love to research the undiscovered things in this world by reading and traveling!!!
